Delegates are required to make their own Accommodation arrangements. Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau has been appointed as the hotel reservation agency for the 8th EUSE Conference and has negotiated special rates in selected hotels.

The deadline for booking accommodation through the Belfast Visitor & Convention Bureau (BVCB) varies from hotel to hotel:

After these dates all unbooked accommodation will be released back to the hotels to resell. BVCB will no longer be able to guarantee availability or rates. Therefore early booking is advisable.

Methods of Payment
The Belfast Visitor & Convention Bureau lists a range of hotels, offering payment via Credit Card or a Proforma Invoice, which will be sent directly to the delegates billing address.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD RESERVATIONS:- A valid card number is required to guarantee your reservation. No payment will be taken prior to your stay.
PRO-FORMA INVOICE RESERVATIONS:- Payment must be received by the accommodation provider at least 2 weeks before your arrival.
- Hotel Cancellation Policy:- 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Non-arrivals or failure to cancel a reservation may be subject to a cancellation charge.
