The Conference aims and objectives are to bring together those working in the field of Supported Employment at all levels from Europe and beyond to exchange information and bring new contributions to the field of Supported Employment. The 8^th Conference main aims and objectives are:

• To promote the rights of people with disabilities to access employment and a career of their choice.
