Selection Guidelines

As in previous EUSE conferences, delegates are invited to share their knowledge, skills and expertise on a range of topics intended to promote the model and good practice in Supported Employment.

Abstracts (Call for Papers) will be accepted for the following types of session to be held at the 8th European Union of Supported Employment Conference in Belfast, Northern Ireland, 14th and 15th June 2007.

The purpose of the delegate-led sessions is to present information and new knowledge and innovations to a range of conference delegates.

Prospective speakers should view this as an opportunity to present new knowledge, experiences and information.

The conference organisers will endeavour to make sessions available to match the needs of delegates at 3 levels:

  1. Operational / Direct Service Worker
  2. Manager / Team Leader
  3. Senior Manager / Decision Makers

The title of the conference is "SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT  - Working for All!" The conference aim will be delivered through a number of key themes:

The following selection criteria will be applied to all submissions to present:

  • Relevance of your abstract to the conference themes.
  • Experience of the presenter(s) to deliver to large audiences.
  • Clarity of presentation.
  • Maximum representation of European member states where possible.

The Decision of the Selection Committee will be final.

Closing date for submissions is the 30th November 2006.

No Submissions will be accepted after this date.

PLEASE NOTE ALL ABSTRACTS MUST BE TYPED AND BE PRESENTED IN THE OFFICIAL CONFERENCE LANGUAGE - ENGLISH.
